The wallpaper brand “Palitra” has been known on the construction materials market for already six years. Today we can say with complete confidence that our first step - establishing the factory KOF Palitra and introducing the commercial brand “Palitra Wallpaper” on the construction materials market of Russia and neighbouring countries – was a successful one.

The factory KOF Palitra is located 10 km to the east of the Moscow ring road (MKAD) in the city of Zhelezhnodorozhny, Moscow region. Its territory of more than three hectares houses the main production building (area of more than 6 thousand square meters), warehouses of raw materials and consumables, a warehouse of finished goods, ancillary production facilities and office buildings. The construction of the factory started back in 2000. A well thought out layout of the infrastructure enabled access to all necessary manufacturing resources. The first roll of wallpaper was manufactured in April 2002.

Today the factory runs six lines that manufacture expanded vinyl wallpaper. Each of the lines is capable of combining two printing techniques: gravure and screen. The capacity of each line is up to 3.6 mln. rolls (European standard) a year. The in register hot embosser is installed on four of the lines and they produces new production (collections Harmony, Camellia, Elegy). Thus the company targets an annual volume of vinyl wallpapers of at least 22 mln. rolls.
